The records of the Eatonton Branch Railroad consist of a stock ledger used to record information regarding the amount of dividends due. The first ten pages contain a listing of taxes and contracts made by Herschel V. Johnson and Thomas G. Lawson. It provides the names of both producers and purchasers of cotton, lists of stockholders from 1870-1895, and the minutes of the directors' meetings from 1893-1895.
